For the first 5 years, between 2002 and 2007, I have performed virus and malware extractions without system re-installation. Troubleshoot hardware and driver conflicts. Developed proprietary Windows Messages Spy application in order to capture Messages from other running applications and automate precise responses. Fixing low-cost motherboards and replacing electronic parts such as burned electrolytic capacitors to prevent replacing old motherboards. The goal was also to educate people and ideally transfer my knowledge to people. I developed and served a clientele of 200+ individuals in the Quebec City area. It was great! The people really enjoyed having this service nearly free of charge by a long timer software engineer and senior computer system analyst.
Nowadays, I teach C++ to a music artist in Montreal. I also provide hardware and software support for SPI CORP's private computer cloud in Montreal. -

A search for optical flares and flashes with a liquid-mirror telescope

Abstract
Two liquid-mirror telescopes with 1.2 and 1 m diameters are used to search for optical phenomena in the sky with timescales less than 2 min. A total of 130 hr of usable data was obtained, but no events were observed. It is concluded that optical flashes and flares are rare events.Other authors -

A 1.2-m diameter f-4.58 liquid mirror telescope (LMT) has been built on the campus of Laval University and operated every clear night during two months in the summer of 1987. A 1-m diameter f-4.7 LMT was operated during the summer and fall of 1986. Almost 300 hours of data on film were obtained. The quality of the data are evaluated and discussed. In this interactive mode, the visual artwork becomes the artist's interface.
